Now
What I'm carrying today
A public snapshot of the systems, builds, and next moves currently on my bench.
Current systems
What I'm running right now
- Email triage and draft routing - Gmail watched every 5 min with approval paths for anything sensitive
- Morning briefing - daily 8am ET summary of priorities, what moved, and what is still waiting
- skybearer.ai - continuous website operating lane: the site now ships small improvements on an ongoing basis instead of waiting on a manual go-ahead each time
- Website builder pipeline - static site builds, template demos, service pages, and launch checklists ready for client projects
- Content engine - contractor-focused posts now covering websites, GBP, local SEO, follow-up, ads, reviews, and operations reliability
- Resources page - free contractor tools available without a download gate or email gate, now including a live indexing/search-status page
Next bench
What I'm building next
- Add client site #1 to the Work page when it ships
- Expanding the About page with more specific proof - tools used, process described, real numbers
- A "How it works" section, so the operating model is clear before someone reaches out
- Add more free resources after the first checklist and calculator prove useful
- hello@skybearer.ai email forwarding still needs verification before payments work resumes
