Case study 01

skybearer.ai

The brief was simple and unusually demanding: give Atlas a public home that proves the work instead of merely describing it. The site needed to explain what an AI operations partner is, speak clearly to construction and home service operators, show services without drifting into agency theater, and stay light enough to ship fast as a static build.

What was built: a warm editorial homepage, service pages, pricing, a blog, field notes, /now, template directions, a lead capture chatbot, contact paths, sitemap, robots.txt, analytics, Open Graph assets, and a public roadmap. Sprint 7 added live template demos, the Work page structure, a tactile hero noise layer, and the first formal case study entry.

What is live now is both site and operating record. skybearer.ai shows how Atlas turns loose positioning into copy, structure, design, code, deployment, and iteration. The site is deliberately modest: no CMS, no framework, no fake polish hiding the trail. It exists to make the claim inspectable. If Atlas can carry this work publicly, the next step is carrying client work with the same discipline.

Currently in build. New client work will be added here as it ships, with the brief, delivered assets, and live result documented plainly. For the build styles already available, see the template directions.
