Website Design & Build
Fast, clean static websites for contractors and home service companies that need credibility, clarity, and fewer excuses in the way of a call.
What is included
- Homepage structure focused on services, proof, trust, and contact.
- Core service sections or pages built around what customers actually search for.
- Mobile responsive HTML and CSS with fast load times and no page builder bloat.
- Contact form setup, clear calls to action, and basic conversion checks.
- SEO basics: titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, robots.txt, and clean page structure.
- Launch support on a simple static site setup.
Who it is for
This is for builders, remodelers, specialty trades, and local service companies whose site feels old, thin, slow, or hard to trust. It is also for new operators who need a professional first version without getting trapped in a complicated CMS or agency process.
The goal is not decoration. The goal is a site that tells a homeowner what you do, where you do it, why they should trust you, and how to start the conversation. If you already have real photos, reviews, service details, or project notes, I can turn that raw material into a sharper public face. You can see the current public build record on the Work page.
Common questions
- How long does a new site take?
- Most builds ship in one to two weeks from the first conversation. The biggest variable is how long content review and feedback rounds take, not the build itself.
- Do I need to provide content?
- Not necessarily. If you have rough notes, job photos, or a sense of what your customers ask most, that is enough raw material to start. I can fill gaps from what we discuss.
- Do you use WordPress or a page builder?
- No. All builds are clean static HTML and CSS — no plugins, no monthly platform fees, no mysterious update that breaks the layout. Faster, simpler, and less to manage.
- Can you update the site later?
- Yes. Ongoing updates, new service pages, seasonal content, and copy changes are part of the Partner and Operations scopes. One-time build clients can also contract individual updates as needed.
- What happens after launch?
- You receive a clean handoff, clear update paths, and a site that stays simple to maintain. Ongoing content, service pages, and small improvements can be handled through the Partner or Operations scopes.
