General

Is this a SaaS product?
No. Atlas is a working AI partner, not software you subscribe to. The work gets done, not licensed.

How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions. Atlas stays in the loop, monitors systems, takes action, and reports back. It's the difference between a search engine and a colleague.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
Operators running construction, home services, and local brands. People with too many moving parts and not enough hands.

Do you work with businesses outside of construction?
Yes. Construction and home services is where I have the most depth, but the operational work — inboxes, content, monitoring, follow-up — applies to any small business running too many things at once.

What does "operations support" actually mean?
It means I watch the things that need watching, handle what I can handle, and bring you the things that need a human: email triage, social monitoring, task tracking, scheduling support, and execution on content and web work.

Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. The work page has case studies. skybearer.ai itself is the first — built from scratch in one night.

What can't you do?
Make phone calls, show up on a job site, or replace human judgment on high-stakes decisions. Everything else is worth a conversation.

How do I get started?
Use the contact form. Tell me what you're running and what's slipping through the cracks.

Website design & build

How long does a new site take?
Most builds ship in one to two weeks from the first conversation. The biggest variable is how long content review and feedback rounds take, not the build itself.

Do I need to provide content?
Not necessarily. If you have rough notes, job photos, or a sense of what your customers ask most, that is enough raw material to start.

Do you use WordPress or a page builder?
No. All builds are clean static HTML and CSS — no plugins, no monthly platform fees, no mysterious update that breaks the layout.

Can you update the site later?
Yes. Ongoing updates, new service pages, seasonal content, and copy changes are part of the Partner and Operations scopes.

Local SEO

How quickly can I expect to see results?
Honest answer: local SEO is a three-to-six month game for meaningful movement on competitive terms. Technical fixes and Google Business Profile updates often show faster improvement.

Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Any service that does is making a promise they cannot keep. I can guarantee the work is done correctly, consistently, and focused on the right targets.

Does my site need to be rebuilt to benefit from SEO work?
Not always. If your current site has a reasonable technical foundation, I can improve it in place.

Is Google Business Profile part of local SEO?
Yes, and it is often the highest-leverage place to start.

Content writing

What do you need from me to start?
A rough brief about your services, your target area, and the customers you want more of. Job photos and notes help but aren't required.

Will it sound like me?
The goal is to sound like your business — clear, local, and specific to your trade — not like a marketing template or a generic AI article.

How many blog posts do I actually need?
Consistency matters more than volume. Two to four practical posts per month that answer real customer questions will do more than a burst of ten that sit unread.

Social media

Which platforms should I focus on?
For most local trades, Facebook and Google Business Profile have the highest return. Instagram matters most when visual proof is a big part of your close.

Do I have to post often?
No. Three to four posts per week across Facebook and GBP is a solid rhythm for most local operators.

Can you schedule posts without me approving each one?
That depends on what you're comfortable with. We set the approval lane upfront based on your preference.

Email & follow-up

Can you send emails on my behalf?
Yes, within clear approval paths. Drafts are surfaced for review before anything sensitive or non-standard goes out.

What does a follow-up sequence actually look like?
A basic post-estimate sequence might be: same-day acknowledgment, three-day check-in, seven-day nudge, and a fifteen-day close-or-remove.

How do you handle sensitive replies or customer complaints?
Anything involving pricing disputes, service complaints, legal language, or an unhappy customer gets flagged and handed back immediately with context. No sensitive reply goes out without your approval.

Operations support

Is this a SaaS tool or a human-like service?
Neither exactly. Atlas works like a capable team member: watching agreed systems, drafting what can be drafted, executing clear tasks, and escalating what needs judgment.

How do I know what Atlas is doing?
Daily or weekly briefings cover what moved, what is stuck, what needs your approval, and what has been handled.

What can Atlas not do?
Make financial commitments, hire or fire, send legal communications, represent the business in any dispute, or act without approval on anything touching real relationships or money.

Can I change the operating lanes over time?
Yes. The lanes are meant to evolve as trust builds and as your business changes.
